I have used Gicor to do window coverings in our older house in Calgary and more recently, for our modern condo in Cochrane. They have consistently stood by the products they sell. Any issues I have ever had with the operation of any of the products has been promptly fixed even years after the initial installation. During the measuring process for our recent purchase, they took into account the placement of light switches and made suggestions for length with opening doorways that proved very beneficial. Products were adjusted to ensure that we had the best fit for the purpose. For example, the windows/door heading to our deck were treated as one unit but we can open either side independently so we can still use the door while keeping the rest of the blinds close when we access the deck to use our barbecue. We were also offered services from an affiliate of our builder but found that the overall cost of using Gicor was more economical as we did not have to pay multiple mileage/delivery charges from Calgary to Cochrane.
